With YDEM, you can easily collect and manage visitors, exhibitors, products, and leads during. The app allows you to create a personal database in which all scanned information is stored clearly and efficiently.

From the home screen, you can scan visitors and products, review previous scans, search for exhibitors and products, view the interactive floor plan, browse seminars, and manage all your favourites.

 


During scanning, you can add notes, assign star ratings to leads, and answer customised questions set up within your organisation. This makes it easy to qualify leads immediately and follow up on them later.

In addition, the app provides convenient overviews of exhibitors, product information, and seminars, including the option to select favourites and receive notifications when a seminar is about to start.

YDEM for exibitors

As an exhibitor, you can export an overview of scanned leads as well as a list of visitors who have scanned your products. This makes it easy to follow up on your new leads.

YDEM for visitors

Visitors can scan any product or person at the exhibition and save the collected information in organised lists within the YDEM app. After the exhibition, these can be easily exported.
